عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنِ ابْنَيْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: " عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ
كَانَ يَبْعَثُ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ مِنْ بَنِي بَيَاضَةَ يُقَالُ لَهُ: فَرْوَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، فَيَخْرُصُ تَمْرَ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ
Translation
✧ He used to send a man from the Anṣār, from Banū Bayāḍah, called Farwah b. ʿAmr, and he would estimate the dates of the people of Madinah.
