عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ:
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِقِطْعَةِ فِضَّةٍ، فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، خُذْ مِنْ هَذِهِ زَكَاتَهَا، فَقَالَ: " مِنْ أَيْنَ هِيَ ؟ "، قَالَ: هِيَ مِنْ مَعْدِنِ آلِ فُلَانٍ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ: بَلْ نُعْطِيكَ مِثْلَهَا، وَلَا نَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ
Translation
Chain of narrators
machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Ismāʿīl b. Umayyah, who said:
✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ with a piece of silver and said, "O Messenger of God, take its zakat from this." He said, "Where is it from?" He said, "It is from the mine of the family of so-and-so." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Rather, we will give you the like of it, and we will not go back to it."
