✧ For Whom Is Zakat

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ قَالَ:
لَا يُعْطَى الْيَهُودِيُّ وَلَا النَّصْرَانِيُّ مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ، يُعْطَوْنَ مِنَ التَّطَوُّعِ
Translation
✧ Neither a Jew nor a Christian is given from zakat; they are given from voluntary charity.
