7207 7152 - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مِثْلَهُ. متن مخفيلَا تَحِلُّ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ إِلَّا لِخَمْسَةٍ لِعَامِلٍ عَلَيْهَا أَوْ رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَاهَا بِمَالِهِ أَوْ غَارِمٍ أَوْ غَازٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ أَوْ مِسْكِينٍ تُصُدِّقَ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهَا فَأَهْدَى مِنْهَا لِغَنِيِّ
Translation
✧ 7207 7152 – ʿAbd al-Razzāq, from al-Thawrī, from Zayd b. Aslam, from ʿAṭāʾ b. Yasār, from a man among the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, the like of it. Matn hidden: Charity is not lawful for a rich person except for five: an agent appointed over it, or a man who bought it with his own money, or a debtor, or a fighter in the path of God, or a poor person who was given charity from it and then gave a gift from it to a rich person.
