Translation
✧ Regarding a man's crop whose debt is greater than his wealth when it is harvested—should he pay its due on the day it is harvested? He said: 'I do not think that a man whose debt is greater than his wealth owes any zakat on livestock, or on the principal, or that he must pay its due on the day of harvest.'
