عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ فِي مَا دُونَ الْمِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ شَيْءٌ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ فَفِيهَا خَمْسَةُ دَرَاهِمَ، قَالَ: وَفِي كِتَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ: " فِي رِقَّةِ أَحَدِهِمْ إِذَا بَلَغَتْ خَمْسَةَ أَوَاقٍ رُبُعُ الْعُشُورِ
Translation
✧ Nothing is due on what is below two hundred dirhams. When it reaches two hundred dirhams, five dirhams are due. He said: 'In the letter of the Prophet ﷺ to 'Amr b. Hazm: "On the silver of any of them, when it reaches five uqiyyahs, one quarter of the tithe."'
