عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ فِي الْحُلِيِّ زَكَاةٌ، وَإِنَّهَا لَسَفِيهَةٌ أَنْ تَحَلَّتْ بِمَا تَجِبُ فِيهِ الزَّكَاةُ
Translation
✧ There is no zakat on jewelry, and it is foolish for a woman to adorn herself with what would make zakat obligatory.
