عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ: كَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ، وَابْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ النَّخَعِيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ، وَحَمَّادُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ يَقُولُونَ: "
لَا تُؤَدُّوا الزَّكَاةَ إِلَى مَنْ يَجُورُ فِيهَا
Translation
✧ Do not pay zakat to one who is unjust in it.
