عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ،
أَنَّهُ أَخَذَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ مِنْ ثَلَاثِينَ تَبِيعًا، وَمِنْ أَرْبَعِينَ مُسِنَّةً، فَسَأَلُوهُ عَمَّا دُونَ الثَّلَاثِينَ، فَقَالَ: " لَمْ أَسْمَعْ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِيهِ شَيْئًا، وَلَمْ يَأْمُرْنِي فِيهَا بِشَيْءٍ
Translation
✧ He took from cattle: from thirty a one-year-old calf, and from forty a two-year-old cow. They asked him about what is less than thirty, and he said: 'I did not hear anything from the Prophet ﷺ about it, and he did not command me anything regarding it.'
