عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ 3436 الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ:
قَوْلُنَا: لَا يَجِبُ عَلَى الْخَلِيطَيْنِ شَيْءٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يَتِمَّ لِهَذَا أَرْبَعِينَ، وَلِهَذَا أَرْبَعِينَ
Translation
✧ Our statement: nothing is due from two partners unless this one completes forty and that one completes forty.
