عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
تُصْدَعُ الْغَنَمُ صَدْعَيْنِ، فَيَخْتَارُ صَاحِبُ الْغَنَمِ أَحَدَهُمَا، وَيَخْتَارُ الْمُصَدِّقُ مِنَ الصِّنْفِ الْآخَرِ
Translation
✧ The sheep are divided into two halves: the owner of the sheep chooses one of them, and the collector chooses from the other group.
