أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَعْقُوبَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ: قَرَأْنَا عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي صَدَقَةِ الْغَنَمِ فِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ شَاةً شَاةٌ، إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةً، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا شَاتَانِ إِلَى أَنْ تَبْلُغَ مِائَتَيْنِ، فَإِذَا زَادَتْ وَاحِدَةً فَفِيهَا ثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ إِلَى ثَلَاثِمِائَةٍ، فَإِنْ كَثُرَتِ الْغَنَمُ فَفِي كُلِّ مِائَةِ شَاةٍ شَاةٌ، وَفِي الْإِبِلِ فِي كُلِّ خَمْسٍ شَاةٌ، وَفِي عَشْرٍ شَاتَانِ، وَفِي خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ ثَلَاثُ شِيَاهٍ، وَفِي عِشْرِينَ أَرْبَعُ شِيَاهٍ، فَإِذَا بَلَغَتْ أَرْبَعًا وَعِشْرِينَ فَفِيهَا بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ بِنْتُ مَخَاضٍ فَابْنُ لَبُونٍ ذَكَرٌ، إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ فَفِيهَا ابْنَةُ لَبُونٍ إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَأَرْبَعِينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ فَفِيهَا حِقَّةٌ طَرُوقَةُ الْفَحْلِ إِلَى سِتِّينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ فَفِيهَا جَذَعَةٌ إِلَى خَمْسٍ وَسَبْعِينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ فَفِيهَا بِنْتَا لَبُونٍ إِلَى تِسْعِينَ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ فَفِيهَا حِقَّتَانِ طَرُوقَتَا الْفَحْلِ إِلَى عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةٍ، فَإِنْ زَادَتْ فَفِي كُلِّ خَمْسِينَ حِقَّةٌ، وَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ، وَتُحْسَبُ صِغَارُهَا وَكِبَارُهَا
Translation
✧ Regarding the zakat on sheep: for every forty sheep, one sheep, up to one hundred and twenty. If it increases by one, then two sheep, up to two hundred. If it increases by one, then three sheep, up to three hundred. If the sheep are abundant, then for every hundred, one sheep. For camels: for every five, one sheep; for ten, two sheep; for fifteen, three sheep; for twenty, four sheep. When they reach twenty-four, then a bint makhad; if there is no bint makhad, then a male ibn labun, up to thirty-five. If it increases, then a bint labun, up to forty-five. If it increases, then a hiqqah, one that is mounted by the stallion, up to sixty. If it increases, then a jadh'ah, up to seventy-five. If it increases, then two bint labun, up to ninety. If it increases, then two hiqqahs, mounted by the stallion, up to one hundred and twenty. If it increases, then for every fifty, a hiqqah, and for every forty, a bint labun. Their young and old are counted.
