✧ The prayer over the martyr and washing him

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا مَاتَ الشَّهِيدُ مَكَانَهُ لَمْ يُغَسَّلْ، فَإِذَا حُمِلَ حَيًّا غُسِّلَ
Translation
✧ If a martyr dies on the spot, he is not washed. If he is carried away alive, he is washed.
