✧ A man is not moved from where he dies

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّ أُمَّهُ صَفِيَّةَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ قَالَتْ:

عَزَّيْتُ عَائِشَةَ فِي أَخِيهَا، فَقَالَتْ: يَرْحَمُ اللهُ أَخِي، إِنَّ أَكْثَرَ مَا أَجِدُ فِيهِ مِنْ شَأْنِ أَخِي أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُدْفَنْ حَيْثُ مَاتَ

Translation

✧ I offered condolences to Aisha for her brother, and she said: May God have mercy on my brother. The greatest thing I find concerning my brother is that he was not buried where he died.
