✧ A man is not moved from where he dies

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي
أَنَّ أَصْحَابَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ لَمْ يَدْرُوا أَيْنَ يَقْبُرُونَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ حَتَّى قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: لَمْ يُقْبَرْ نَبِيٌّ إِلَّا حَيْثُ يَمُوتُ قَالَ: فَأَخَّرُوا فِرَاشَهُ، فَحَفَرُوا لَهُ تَحْتَ فِرَاشِهِ
Translation
✧ The companions of the Prophet ﷺ did not know where to bury the Prophet ﷺ until Abu Bakr said: I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: No prophet was buried except where he died. He said: So they moved his bed aside and dug for him beneath his bed.
