عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَعَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ النَّخَعِيِّ قَالَا: "
أَمِيرَانِ وَلَيْسَا بِأَمِيرَيْنِ: الرَّجُلُ يَكُونُ مَعَ الْجِنَازَةِ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهَا فَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ حَتَّى يَسْتَأْذِنَ وَلِيَّهَا، وَالْمَرْأَةُ الْحَائِضُ لَيْسَ لِأَصْحَابِهَا أَنْ يَصْدُرُوا حَتَّى يَسْتَأْذِنُوا
Translation
✧ Two commanders, yet they are not commanders: the man who is with the funeral and prays over it—he has no right to return until he seeks permission from its guardian; and the menstruating woman—her companions have no right to depart until they seek permission.
