عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، وَابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، وَقُلْتُ لَهُ:
أَفْضَلُ مَا يُقَالُ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ الِاسْتِغْفَارُ
Translation
✧ The best thing to be said over the deceased is seeking forgiveness.
