✧ The shroud of a woman

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أُمِّ الْهُذَيْلِ قَالَتْ:
تُخَمَّرُ الْمَرْأَةُ الْمَيِّتَةُ كَمَا تُخَمَّرُ الْحَيَّةُ، وَتُدَرَّعُ مِنَ الْخِمَارِ قَدْرَ ذِرَاعٍ تُسْدِلُهُ عَلَى وَجْهِهَا
Translation
✧ The deceased woman is veiled as the living woman is veiled, and she is covered from the head-cover a cubit's length, letting it hang over her face.
