✧ Whoever washes a deceased person should perform ghusl or wudu

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ،
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ حَنَّطَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ ثُمَّ صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ وَحَمَلَهُ ثُمَّ دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ يُصَلِّي وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ
Translation
✧ Ibn Umar shrouded Sa'id b. Zayd, then prayed over him and carried him, then entered the mosque to pray without performing wudu.
