✧ Whoever washes a deceased person should perform ghusl or wudu

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ قَالَ:
السُّنَّةُ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ الَّذِي يُغَسِّلُ الْمَيِّتَ.
Translation
✧ The sunnah is that the one who washes the deceased should perform ghusl.
