عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ بَكْرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْمُزَنِيَّ يَقُولُ:
﴿إِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ الأَرْضُ ﴾نِصْفُ الْقُرْآنِ، وَ ﴿قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ ﴾رُبُعُ الْقُرْآنِ ".
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Jaʿfar, from Hishām b. Muslim, who said: I heard Bakr b. ʿAbdullāh al-Muzanī say:
✧ “When the earth is shaken” is half of the Quran, and “Say: O disbelievers” is a quarter of the Quran.”
