عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَابِطٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: "
الْبَيْتُ الَّذِي يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ يَكْثُرُ خَيْرُهُ، وَيُوَسَّعُ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ، وَيَحْضُرُهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ، وَيَهْجُرُهُ الشَّيَاطِينُ، وَإِنَّ الْبَيْتَ الَّذِي لَا يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ يُضَيَّقُ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ، وَيَقِلُّ خَيْرُهُ، وَيَهْجُرُهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ، وَيَحْضُرُهُ الشَّيَاطِينُ، وَإِنَّ الْبَيْتَ الَّذِي يُقْرَأُ فِيهِ الْقُرْآنُ وَيُثَوَّرُ فِيهِ يُضِيءُ لِأَهْلِ السَّمَاءِ كَمَا يُضِيءُ النَّجْمُ الْأَرْضَ " قَالَ: ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " بَشِّرِ الْمَشَّائِينَ فِي الظُّلَمِ إِلَى الْمَسَاجِدِ بِنُورٍ مِنَ اللهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
Translation
✧ A house in which the Quran is recited has abundant good, its family is granted expansion, angels attend it, and devils abandon it. A house in which it is not recited is constricted for its family, its good is little, angels abandon it, and devils attend it. A house in which the Quran is recited and pondered shines for the people of heaven as a star shines for the earth." He said: Then the Messenger of God ﷺ said: "Give glad tidings of light from God on the Day of Resurrection to those who walk in darkness to the mosques.
