Translation

✧ It is not a mistake to recite part of the Qur'an within another part, nor to end the verse of 'Forgiving, Merciful' with 'Knowing, Wise' or 'Mighty, Wise'; but the mistake is to recite what is not in it, or to end a verse of mercy with a verse of punishment.
