✧ If you hear the prostration while you are praying, and in how much one recites the Quran

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ فِي سَبْعٍ، فَقَالَ: " حَسَنٌ، وَلَأَنْ أَقْرَأَهُ فِي خَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ - أَوْ عِشْرِينَ - أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ، أَقِفُ فِيهِ وَأَتَدَبَّرُ
Translation
✧ I asked Zayd b. Thabit about a man who recites the Quran in seven, and he said: 'It is good, but for me to recite it in fifteen—or twenty—is more beloved, for I pause in it and reflect.'
