عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ:
إِنَّمَا هِيَ تَوْبَةُ نَبِيٍّ ذُكِرَتْ. فَكَانَ لَا يَسْجُدُ فِيهَا - يَعْنِي ص
Translation
✧ It is but the repentance of a prophet that was mentioned. So he would not prostrate in it — meaning Sad.
