Translation
✧ A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, “O Messenger of God, I saw as if a man were writing the Quran while a tree was beside him. When he passed by the place of the prostration in Sad, the tree prostrated and said, ‘O God, cause through it gratitude for me, magnify through it reward for me, and remove through it sin from me.’” The Prophet ﷺ said, “We are more deserving than the tree.”
