عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَقَالَهُ الْحَسَنُ، أَيْضًا قَالَ:
لَا تَطْرَحْ إِلَّا عَلَى مَنْ صَلَّى وَصَامَ
Translation
✧ Do not discharge it except on behalf of one who has prayed and fasted.
