عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ قَالَ:
لَا يُؤَدِّي الرَّجُلُ عَنْ مُكَاتَبِهِ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ إِنْ شَاءَ
Translation

✧ A man does not pay sadaqat al-fitr on behalf of his mukatab slave if he [the slave] wishes [not to].
