✧ Bathing on the day of Eid

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
الِاغْتِسَالُ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ حَسَنٌ؛ لِأَنَّهُ يَوْمُ عِيدٍ، وَلَسْتُ أَنْ أَدَعَ أَنْ أَغْتَسِلَ فِي يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ " قُلْتُ: أَفَيُتَحَرَّى الْغُسْلُ فِيهِ كَمَا يُتَحَرَّى الْغُسْلُ فِي الْجَنَابَةِ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا
Translation
✧ Bathing on the day of Fitr is good, because it is a day of Eid, and I would not fail to bathe on the day of Fitr. I said: Should one be diligent about bathing on it as one is diligent about bathing for janabah? He said: No.
