عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
لَا جُمُعَةَ وَلَا تَشْرِيقَ إِلَّا فِي مِصْرٍ جَامِعٍ
Translation
✧ There is no Friday prayer and no tashrīq except in a large congregational city.
