machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Muḥammad b. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. ʿAbd al-Qārī, from ʿUbaydullāh b. ʿAbdullāh b. ʿUtbah b. Masʿūd, that he said:
✧ The imam says takbīr on the day of Fiṭr before delivering the sermon nine times when he intends to stand, and seven times in the second sermon. I tried to get him to explain this better than that but he could not, so I thought that his saying 'when he intends to stand' refers to the last sermon.
