عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي حَسَنُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَبَا عَبَّاسٍ، السَّاعَةُ الَّتِي تُذْكَرُ فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ ؟ فَقَالَ اللهُ أَعْلَمُ مَرَّاتٍ، خَلَقَ اللهُ آدَمَ فِي آخِرِ سَاعَاتِ الْجُمُعَةِ، فَخَلَقَهُ مِنْ أَدِيمِ الْأَرْضِ كُلِّهَا أَحْمَرِهَا وَأَسْوَدِهَا وَطَيِّبِهَا وَخَبِيثِهَا وَحَزْنِهَا وَسَهْلِهَا، فَلِذَلِكَ فِي وَلَدِهِ الطَّيِّبُ وَالْخَبِيثُ وَالْأَحْمَرُ وَالْأَسْوَدُ وَالسَّهْلُ وَالْحَزْنُ، ثُمَّ نَفَخَ فِيهِ مِنْ رُوحِهِ، وَأَسْكَنَهُ جَنَّتَهُ، وَأَمَرَ الْمَلَائِكَةَ فَسَجَدُوا لَهُ، وَعَهِدَ إِلَيْهِ عَهْدًا فَنَسِيَ، فَسُمِّيَ الْإِنْسَانَ، فَلِلَّهِ مَا غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ حَتَّى أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْهَا
Translation
✧ I said to Ibn 'Abbas: 'Abu 'Abbas, the hour that is mentioned on Friday?' He said, 'Allah knows best' several times. 'Allah created Adam in the last hours of Friday. He created him from the surface layer of the whole earth, its red, its black, its good, its bad, its rough, and its smooth. That is why among his descendants are good, bad, red, black, easygoing, and rough. Then He breathed into him of His spirit, lodged him in His garden, commanded the angels, and they prostrated to him. He made a covenant with him, but he forgot, so he was named insan (human). By Allah, the sun had not set that day before He expelled him from it.'
