عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ لَمْ يَشْهَدِ الْخُطْبَةَ وَجَاءَ حِينَ قَامَ الْإِمَامُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَأَحْدَثَ الْإِمَامُ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُقَدِّمَهُ قَالَ: " لَا يَتَقَدَّمْ إِلَّا مَنْ شَهِدَ الْخُطْبَةَ، فَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ صَلَّى مَعَ الْإِمَامِ بَعْضَ صَلَاتِهِ فَلَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يُقَدِّمَهُ فَلْيُصَلِّ تَمَامَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ، وَالْإِمَامُ الَّذِي أَحْدَثَ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَإِنْ كَانَ قَدْ تَكَلَّمَ صَلَّى أَرْبَعًا، وَإِنْ كَانَ لَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ، فَإِنْ قَدَّمَ الْإِمَامُ رَجُلًا لَمْ يَشْهَدْ مَعَ الْإِمَامِ شَيْئًا مِنْ خُطْبَتِهِ وَلَا صَلَاتِهِ صَلَّى أَرْبَعًا
Translation
✧ About a man who did not attend the khutbah and came when the imam stood for prayer, then the imam had a mishap and wanted to put him forward. He said: "No one should come forward except one who attended the khutbah. If he had already prayed part of his prayer with the imam, there is no harm in putting him forward; he should complete two rak'ahs. As for the imam who had the mishap and then returned: if he had spoken, he prays four; if he had not spoken, he prays two. If the imam puts forward a man who did not attend anything of his khutbah or his prayer with him, he prays four."
