✧ Sneezing on Friday While the Imam Is Delivering the Sermon

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا عَطَسَ إِنْسَانٌ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ، وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ، فَحَمِدَ اللهَ، وَأَنْتَ تَسْمَعُهُ، وَتَسْمَعُ الْخُطْبَةَ، فَشَمِّتْهُ فِي نَفْسِكَ، فَإِنْ كُنْتَ لَا تَسْمَعُ الْخُطْبَةَ فَشَمِّتْهُ، وَأَسْمِعْهُ
Translation
✧ If a person sneezes on Friday while the imam is delivering the sermon, and he praises Allah, and you hear him and hear the sermon, then say 'yarhamuk Allah' to him silently to yourself. But if you do not hear the sermon, then say it to him and let him hear you.
