عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ هَمَّامِ بْنِ مُنَبِّهٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
إِذَا قُلْتَ لِلنَّاسِ أَنْصِتُوا يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَهُمْ يَنْطِقُونَ، وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ، فَقَدْ لَغَوْتَ عَلَى نَفْسِكَ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Maʿmar, from Hammām b. Munabbih, that he heard Abū Hurayrah say: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
✧ If you say to the people, 'Be quiet,' on Friday while they are speaking and the imam is delivering the sermon, you have engaged in idle talk against yourself.
