عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
يَحْرُمُ الْكَلَامُ مَا كَانَ الْإِمَامُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ، وَإِنْ ذَهَبَ فِي غَيْرِ ذَلِكَ ذُكِرَ اللهُ
Translation

✧ Speaking is prohibited while the imam is on the pulpit, and if he goes into other than that, the remembrance of God [is then permitted].
