عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ
فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: ﴿خُذُوا زِينَتَكُمْ عِنْدَ كُلِّ مَسْجِدٍ ﴾قَالَ: " هِيَ الثِّيَابُ " قَالَ: وَقَالَ طَاوُسٌ: " هِيَ الشَّمْلَةُ مِنَ الزِّينَةِ
Translation
✧ Regarding the words of Allah, Mighty and Majestic: “Take your adornment at every mosque” [7:31], he said: “It means clothing.” He said: And Tawus said: “It is the shumlah, part of adornment.”
