✧ Recitation on the day of Jumu'ah

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أُخْبِرْتُ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْجُمُعَةِ بِسُورَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَ ﴿سَبِّحِ اسْمَ رَبِّكَ الْأَعْلَى ﴾وَفِي صَلَاةِ الصُّبْحِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ ﴿الم ﴾﴿تَنْـزِيلُ ﴾﴿تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ ﴾
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ used to recite in the Friday prayer Surat al-Jumu'ah and “Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High,” and in the morning prayer on Friday “Alif Lam Mim. The revelation” and “Blessed is He in whose hand is the dominion.”
