عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ قَالَ:
إِنِ ابْتَاعَ رَجُلٌ بَعْدَ الزَّوَالِ فَالْبَيْعُ فَاسِدٌ
Translation
✧ If a man makes a purchase after the sun has passed its zenith, the sale is invalid.
