عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْعَلَاءِ، وَغَيْرِهِ، عَنْ ثَوْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ،
أَنَّ أُبَيَّ بْنَ كَعْبٍ، وَأَبَا الدَّرْدَاءِ ذَرَعَا الْمَسْجِدَ، ثُمَّ أَتَيَا النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بِالذِّرَاعِ قَالَ: بَلْ عَرِيشٌ كَعَرِيشِ مُوسَى، ثُمَامٌ وَخَشَبَاتٌ، فَالْأَمْرُ أَعْجَلُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ
Translation
✧ Ubayy b. Kab and Abu al-Darda measured the mosque, then they came to the Prophet ﷺ with the cubit. He said: Rather, a booth like the booth of Moses, with dry grass and pieces of wood; the matter is more urgent than that.
