✧ Ablution from Kissing, Touching, and Skin Contact

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ:
يَتَوَضَّأُ الرَّجُلُ مِنَ الْمُبَاشَرَةِ، وَمِنَ اللَّمْسِ بِيَدِهِ، وَمِنَ الْقُبْلَةِ إِذَا قَبَّلَ امْرَأَتَهُ، وَكَانَ يَقُولُ فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ: ﴿أَوْ لامَسْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ ﴾قَالَ: هُوَ الْغَمْزُ
Translation
✧ A man performs wudu from sexual contact, from touching with his hand, and from kissing if he kisses his wife. About this verse: {or you have touched women} he said: It means fondling.
