✧ The Qunut

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُخَارِقٍ، عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، " صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ، فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنَ الْقِرَاءَةِ قَنَتَ، ثُمَّ كَبَّرَ حِينَ يَرْكَعُ
Translation
✧ That 'Umar b. al-Khattab prayed the Morning Prayer, and when he finished the recitation he performed the qunut, then he said the takbir when he bowed.
