عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ:

إِذَا طَلَعَ الْفَجْرُ فَلْيَسْكُتُوا وَإِنْ كَانُوا رُكْبَانًا، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَرْكَعُوهُمَا فَلْيَسْكُتُوا

Translation

✧ When dawn breaks, let them be silent, even if they are riding, and if they have not prayed the two rak'ahs, let them be silent.
