✧ Recitation in the two rak'ahs of Fajr

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ:
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ - أَوْ سُئِلَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ -: مَا تَقْرَأُ فِي رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ ؟ فَقَالَ: ﴿قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ ﴾وَ ﴿قُلْ هُوَ اللهُ أَحَدٌ ﴾
Translation
✧ He asked Ibn 'Abbas—or Ibn 'Abbas was asked—: What do you recite in the two rak'ahs of Fajr? He said: "Say, O disbelievers" and "Say, He is God, the One."
