✧ One Who Forgot to Wipe His Head

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ نَسِيَ الْمَسْحَ بِرَأْسِهِ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَكَبَّرَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ فَضَحِكَ قَالَ: يَنْصَرِفُ وَيَمْسَحُ بِرَأْسِهِ وَلَا يُعِيدُ الْوُضُوءَ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ تَكُنْ صَلَاتُهُ وَلَا وُضُوءٌ تَامٌّ
Translation
✧ Regarding a man who forgot wiping his head, then stood and said the takbir in prayer and then laughed, he said: He leaves and wipes his head, and he does not repeat the ablution because his prayer was not complete nor was his ablution complete.
