أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَانَ بْنَ عُثْمَانَ يَقُولُ:
مَنْ مَسَّ الذَّكَرَ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ.
Translation

✧ Whoever touches the penis should perform wudu.
