عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ:
دَعَانِي وَابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ بَعْضُ أُمَرَائِهِمْ فَسَأَلَنَا عَنْ مَسِّ الذَّكَرِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ: يَتَوَضَّأُ، فَقُلْتُ: لَا وُضُوءَ عَلَيْهِ، فَلَمَّا اخْتَلَفْنَا قُلْتُ لِابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلًا وَضَعَ يَدَهُ عَلَى مَنِيٍّ، فَقَالَ: يَغْسِلُ يَدَهُ، قُلْتُ: فَأَيُّهُمَا أَنْجَسُ الْمَنِيُّ أَوِ الذَّكَرُ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، بَلِ الْمَنِيُّ قَالَ: فَقُلْتُ: وَكَيْفَ هَذَا ؟ قَالَ: مَا أَلْقَاهَا عَلَى لِسَانِكَ إِلَّا شَيْطَانٌ
Translation
✧ One of their commanders called me and Ibn Jurayj and asked us about touching the penis. Ibn Jurayj said: He should perform wudu. I said: No wudu is required of him. When we differed, I said to Ibn Jurayj: What do you think if a man puts his hand on semen? He said: He washes his hand. I said: Which of the two is more impure—semen or the penis? He said: No, rather semen. I said: How can this be? He said: Nothing put that on your tongue except a devil.
