عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، عَنْ مَسِّ الذَّكَرِ أُيُتَوَضَّأُ مِنْهُ ؟ قَالَ: إِنْ كَانَ مِنْكَ شَيْءٌ نَجِسٌ فَاقْطَعْهُ
Translation
✧ A man asked Sa'd b. Abi Waqqas about touching the penis—should one perform wudu because of it? He said: If there is any part of you that is impure, then cut it off.
