عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ،
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ، صَلَّى بِهِمُ الْعَصْرَ، ثُمَّ سَارَ أَمْيَالًا، قَالَ: حَسِبْتُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: سِتَّةً، قَالَ: ثُمَّ نَزَلَ فَتَوَضَّأَ وَأَعَادَ الصَّلَاةَ، قَالَ: فَقُلْتُ لَهُ: أَلَيْسَ قَدْ كُنْتَ صَلَّيْتَ ؟ قَالَ: بَلَى وَلَكِنْ قَدْ مَسِسْتُ ذَكَرِي فَصَلَّيْتُ وَلَمْ أَتَوَضَّأْ، فَلِذَلِكَ أَعَدْتُ
Translation
✧ Ibn Umar prayed the afternoon prayer with them, then traveled some miles—I think he said six—then dismounted, performed wudu, and repeated the prayer. I said to him, "Had you not already prayed?" He said, "Yes, but I touched my penis and prayed without performing wudu, so that is why I repeated it."
