✧ Wudu from Touching the Penis

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ،
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى الصُّبْحَ ثُمَّ عَادَ لَهَا فَقِيلَ لَهُ: إِنَّكَ قَدْ كُنْتَ صَلَّيْتَ فَقَالَ: أَجَلْ، وَلَكِنِّي مَسَسْتُ ذَكَرِي فَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أَتَوَضَّأَ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ prayed the morning prayer, then repeated it. It was said to him, "You had already prayed." He said, "Yes, but I touched my penis and forgot to perform wudu."
